From AccountRight 2020.2 onwards, if you're registered for Single Touch Payroll, there's no need to prepare payment summaries so we've removed that option from the Payroll command centre.

After you have saved your EMPDUPE file, it’s a good idea to make a backup of your company file, so you have a record of it that you can refer to later if necessary.

For example if you need to reprint payment summaries and you didn’t save a PDF of the form at the time of preparing the payment summaries, you can restore this backup and print them again. If you restore a backup, only use it to prepare and send your payment summaries. Don't use this company file for recording pays or other transactions.
