Known issue AccountRight 2019.2. We're aware that some clients using AccountRight 2019.2 can't see saved their customised forms or saved changes aren't showing. This has been raised as a high priority issue with our product development teams to investigate and resolve ASAPsave changes to their forms. We're releasing an update in the last week of June which fixes this issue. Workaround: Restart AccountRight. If you still can't see your form or your changesthe issue persists, clear your AccountRight cache file. For more information, see this community forum post.
