A quick way to check your employees' details is to export the information and open the export file in Excel. Here are the basics - for more details see Exporting data. - Go to File menu > Import/Export Assistant > Export Data.
- Choose to export Cards then choose Employee Cards.
- Leave the Format settings at their default.
- Export these fields:

- In Excel, go to File > Open.
- Ensure the type of files to open is set to All Files.
- Click the export file then click Open.
- When the Text Import Wizard displays, click Finish.
You can now easily check your employee details. If anything needs fixing, update the details in AccountRight. |
