You can To let your customers know that they can pay their invoices online by , consider adding a "How to pay" section to your invoice forms.

 

Here's how you can do it.

  1. Download the MasterCard/Visa logo here:

  2. Go to the Setup menu and choose Customise Forms.
  3. Click the Invoices tab and select the invoice form you want to customise.
  4. Click Customise.
  5. When the form appears, scroll down to the section where you want to add the How to Pay section.
  6. Click Picture in the toolbar.
  7. Select the MasterCard/Visa logo file and click Open.
  8. Move the logo to the desired location on your form.
  9. Click Text Box in the toolbar.
  10. Drag a box beside the ‘MasterCard/Visa’ logo that's large enough to include the payment instructions.
  11. Double click the text box and type “To pay via Visa or MasterCard, click the Pay Now option from within the online version of this invoice.” 
  12. Click the Print Preview tab to check how the new section will look.
  13. When you're done, go to the menu button and choose Save.
  14. Repeat this process for any other invoice forms you use that can be paid online.

This How to Pay section will always appear on the invoice. If you choose not to allow online payments for a particular invoice, you should use a different form for that sale.
