How can I check all my employees' details?A quick way to check your employees' details is to run the Employee Employment Details report (Reports menu > Index to Reports > Payroll tab). If you have lots of employees, you can export the information and open the export file in Excel. Here are the basic steps for exporting the required information as described above. For more details on exporting, see Exporting data. - Go to the File menu > Import/Export Assistant > Export Data.
- Choose to export Cards then choose Employee Cards.
- Leave the Format settings at their default.
- Export these fields:

- In Excel, go to File > Open.
- Ensure the type of files to open is set to All Files.
- Click the export file then click Open.
- When the Text Import Wizard displays, click Finish.
