Your pay day using Single Touch Payroll reporting will look almost the same as it did before.AccountRight Plus and Premier, Australia only

When you click Record at the end of a pay run, you'll be prompted to declare to the ATO that the information you're sending is correct and true. If you see an error, check below for a solution.

Error message	Description	Resolution
Looks like some of your payroll information doesn't meet ATO requirements	Some of your payroll details need to be fixed before you can report this information to the ATO. If you choose to continue without fixing these problems, the report will be rejected by the ATO and you'll need to fix it

The Check Payroll Details window appears listing what needs to be fixed, before you can continue. Fix the listed errors. Click Check Payroll Details when you've fixed everything. Click Done, and continue processing pays .
Don't forget to report this payroll information to the ATO later! Because you didn't sign in to your MYOB account, we couldn't report this payroll information to the ATO.	If you weren't able to sign into your MYOB for any reason, you won't be able to send payroll reports to the ATO.	Continue processing pays. Follow the instructions to Send Single Touch Payroll reports after processing payroll.
Don't forget to report this payroll information to the ATO later! Because you didn't make the declaration, we couldn't report this payroll information to the ATO.	If you weren't able to, or canceled out of the declaration while processing payroll for any reason, you won't be able to send payroll reports to the ATO.

To send payroll reports, you need to be connected to the internet. If you are not connected to the internet, you can still process pay and send the report later (make sure you are still meeting your obligations with the ATO!).

Once you have set up payroll reporting (Single Touch Payroll), and you go to process a pay, you'll see a new message in the Pay Period window.

If you're connected to the internet, you should be able to access the STP reporting centre without any issues.

But if you see this message, it can mean:

you're not connected to the internet
your internet connection isn't stable
we're experiencing an outage or performing maintenance (check the MYOB community forum for alerts about outages or maintenance), or
your computer needs updating.

So after receiving the above message, make sure your internet connection is fine and try again.

If you're still having trouble, you might need to install a Microsoft security update on your computer.
