The new AccountRight now has almost Previously there were some AccountRight Premier v19 features that weren't yet available in the new AccountRight. But the new AccountRight now has all of the features available in classic AccountRight Premier, but the multiple currency feature is not yet finished. But, we've been working on it, and we've got some exciting news!

Right now, we're building multiple currencies for AccountRight Premier.

If you’re an importer and you already have an AccountRight Premier online file, you can now turn on multi-currency! To learn more, see Working with multiple currencies (Beta).

What to do if you can't upgrade yet. If you're happy to start fresh and don't need multiple currencies, create a file in the new AccountRight, which is already installed—see Create a company file. (As a Premier user, you can have two files in the cloud.)

If you still need to track multiple currencies, continue using your existing file with AccountRight v19 or earlierPremier—and a whole lot more. If you use multi-currency, there are some things you should know about upgrading your file.

Also, upgrading to the new AccountRight and putting your company file online means you can also access your file from an internet web browser.

Using AccountRight Enterprise?

We’re working on adding multi-location to the new AccountRight in a future update, so watch this space...Multiple inventory locations is now available in the latest AccountRight Premier versions. Just make sure inventory quantities or values in a location aren't negative.

If you use negative inventory, this isn't supported in the latest version of AccountRight.AccountRight—inventory items can't have a negative quantity or value. But if you adjust your inventory quantities and values to zero or greater (in each location, if you use multiple inventory locations), you can turn off negative inventory and it won't prevent you from upgrading.
