If you need to change your Pay Super application details, such as your bank account, payment limit, or authorisers, you'll need to download the Pay Super Change of Details form, complete it and return it to paysuper@myob.com to process.

This form can be used to:

  • change your Pay Super payment limit
  • add and remove authorisers
  • change the number of authorisers required to release a super payment
  • change the bank account to be debited for your super payments.

If a user has changed their name, email address or mobile number, they will need to update their contact details themselves using the my.MYOB website. Note that if an authoriser or administrator changes their mobile number in my.MYOB, you will also need to notify the Pay Super team using the Pay Super Change of Details form so they can verify the mobile number.

Using AccountRight 2016.2?

You can view your settings, such as your Pay Super limit and user details by clicking Pay Super Settings in the Pay Superannuation window. Soon you'll also be able to make changes to the settings too.
