You're able to apply various filters to your list of desktop files to display only those you want to view.

How to
  1. Click the Filter button on the Desktop files page of your Accounting dashboard. 
  2. Select the options you wish to filter your desktop files by and make sure there is a tick in the checkbox for the options you've selected.
  3. Click Apply filters.
    Your online files list is filtered based on the options you've selected. Your filter options are displayed below the Filter button.
     

  4. Click Cancel to close the available filter options.
    You’re still able to see the filter options you’ve selected.

    You can further search the filtered list by entering a business name in the Search text field.

    If you click Cancel before Apply filters, all your selections are lost. Any previously applied filters will remain selected.

To remove all filters

Click Clear filters on your Filtered by listing to remove all the filters you’ve previously selected.

To remove or change a selected filter option
  1. Click the Filter button.
    The Filter options display with your previous selections ticked.
  2. Deselect the filter option you no longer want and / or select another option.
  3. Click Apply filters.
    Your filters are updated and your online businesses list is filtered based on the options you’ve now selected. Your new filter options are displayed below the Filter button.
  4. Click Cancel to close the available filter options.
    You can further search the filtered list by entering a business name in the Search text field.
Other things to note

While you were filtering and sorting your businesses, some new businesses may have been created or upgraded. Any new listings will appear where they belong according to the current sorting/filtering. Any updated listings will remain where they are but with updated content.

If you can't see a new business, try removing your current filters.

At this stage, if you refresh your browser all filtering and searching is removed and your page reverts to the default view. You’ll need to re-apply any of your filtering or sorting.
