To allocate a new asset added to your ledger

This feature is currently only available for MYOB Ledgers. We'll let you know when it's available for Essentials Accounting and AccountRight Live ledgers.

When you add a new journal in workpapers, we'll automatically display it in the asset register. It'll show up as New in the Name column.

Click the asset ellipsis next to a new item and select Allocate or Ignore. If you select Ignore, we'll remove it from the asset register, but you'll still see it in your ledger.
