my.MYOB (Australia | New Zealand) is a portal that provides an easy, secure way for you to interact with MYOB for information about your software, customer support and service.

From my.MYOB you can get product information, software updates and access to support options, online, anytime.

You can also use my.MYOB to:

  • access and set up AccountRight Live Services, such as
    • setting up bank feeds information
    • setting up online users
  • register your software
  • check which MYOB software you currently have registered
  • try MYOB software or purchase new MYOB software
  • download upgrades to your software
  • access our support note knowledge base and the community forum
  • update your account and business details, and
  • make payments to MYOB.

To access some of these services, you need to create a my.MYOB login. You may have previously set up a my.MYOB login when you purchased an AccountRight subscription, registered your software, or set up online services through an email link. If you contribute to the community forum, you’ll also already have a my.MYOB login which you use for the forum. Your login is your email address and password.
