Date, currency and number settings are determined by Windows.

Known issue - dates in receipts

Receipts printed from online company files will contain dates in US format (MM/DD/YYYY). Our developers are working on a fix which will be released in a future update.

If you need to change the date format, number formats or the currency symbol, go to the Change date, time or number formats or Region option in the Windows Control Panel, and check that your computer is set up to use the English (Australia) or English (New Zealand) format, based on your location.

You can also click Additional settings here for other format options, such as the currency symbol and showing negative numbers in brackets. However, not all settings will have an impact on AccountRight.

Remember to restart AccountRight after making your changes.

You'll need to restart AccountRight for any changes to date and currency formats to appear in AccountRight.
