| To create an employee card- Go to the Card File command centre and click Cards List. The Cards List window appears.
- Click New. The Card Information window appears.
- Select Employee in the Card Type field.
- Enter the employee’s name and their contact details.
- If you want to assign a code to identify the employee, enter one in the Card ID field.
- (Plus, Premier) Enter the employee's payroll information.

| Why is AccountRight crashing when I edit a card?We have found an issue where a .JPG picture will cause a crash when saving the card. You can either remove the picture or change the picture to another format like .PNG or .BMP. To remove the picture: - Open the card from your Card File.
- Click the Card Details tab.
- Double-click the picture and click Yes to remove.
