Do not delete this page - MYOB Practice navigates to it from within the product

If you want to create the activity statements manually, see Adding an activity statement manually.

We'll automatically create the activity statement from the Activity statement lodgment report (ASLR) and ATO data is pre-filled when you access the statement.

Do you have any activity statements lodged by your client? You can remove the periods they lodge and keep the ones you are required to lodge. This will keep the report up to date and keeps your compliance list to the ones you need to lodge.

See Removing activity statements that are lodged by your client

To access activity statements created daily from ATO obligations

  1. In MYOB Practice, click Clients on the left of the page.

  2. Select the client whose activity statement obligations you want to view.

  3. Click Compliance on the top menu bar.
  4. Click Not started.

Any outstanding activity statement obligations have a status of Not started.

  5. Click the activity statement to open it. The activity statement gets pre-filled with data from the ATO when you open it.

  6. Ensure the amounts pre-filled from the ATO are correct.

To delete an activity statement (BAS and IAS only)

You can only delete BAS and IAS with the status:

  • Not started
  • In progress
  • In review
  • Fail to load.
  1. On the Compliance page, find the BAS or IAS that you want to delete.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon () and choose Delete. The message "Are you sure you want to delete this form and all its content?" appears.
  3. Click Delete.
