AccountRight Plus and Premier, Australia only

Only users who have:

  • a my.MYOB account (also known as an "MYOB account"), and
  • have accepted an invitation to work on your company file

can create or authorise super payments. When signing up, you can only set up users who meet these conditions.

For instructions on how to invite someone to an online company file, see Add a user. If your file is not online, you'll need to invite them to become an 'online administrator' - see Add a user to an offline file.

If you need to change or add Pay Super users after signing up, see Changing your Pay Super details.

User roles

There are two super payment roles you can choose from:

  • Creator: Can view and record super payments but can't authorise them.
  • Authoriser: Can view, record and authorise super payments. This means they can authorise direct debits from your business bank account—keep this in mind when assigning them. Authorisers will need to approve recorded super payments before they can be paid. For each payment they'll need to sign into AccountRight with their my.MYOB details and enter the authorisation code MYOB sends them by SMS.
