AccountRight Plus and Premier, Australia only

Only users who have accepted an invitation to work on your company file can create or authorise super payments.

When you invite someone to work on your file, they'll be prompted to log in to their my.MYOB account (also known as an "MYOB account"), or to create one if they don't already have an account.

Before you sign up for Pay Super, ensure that each user who needs to access Pay Super features has accepted an invitation to work on your file before signing up.

Creating my.MYOB accounts

When you invite someone who doesn't already have a my.MYOB account, they'll be prompted to create one when they accept your invitation.

Pay Super roles

There are two super payment roles you can choose from:

  • Creator: Can view and record super payments but can't authorise them.
  • Authoriser: Can view, record and authorise super payments. This means they can authorise direct debits from your business bank account—keep this in mind when assigning them. Authorisers will need to approve recorded super payments before they can be paid. For each payment they'll need to sign into AccountRight with their my.MYOB details and enter the authorisation code MYOB sends them by SMS.

If you need to change or add Pay Super users after signing up, see Changing your Pay Super details.
