AccountRight can create an electronic file containing payment details which you can upload to your bank for processing. In Australia, this is known as the ABA file.

Do you need to complete this task? If you want to pay your suppliers and employees electronically using AccountRight, you need to set up this feature.

But first, complete the following setup tasks:

Task
1	Record your bank account details
2	Set up an electronic clearing account
3	Record the bank details of suppliers
4	Record the bank details of employees

What's next?

After setting up and recording electronic payments, you'll be able to make electronic payments with a bank file.
