If you’re working online, it’s especially important to keep your software up to date. And that’s easy to do, because you’ll automatically be prompted to update whenever a new version is available for you.

However, if you don’t update your software for a while, you might find that you can’t log in to your online file because your AccountRight version is no longer supported. In this case, you’ll need to update AccountRight to access your file.

 

To install the PC edition
Click Download below. Once you've saved the installer to your computer, double-click it to install the new AccountRight version.
To install the Server edition
If you need to update the Server edition of AccountRight, you can grab the latest installer from the my.MYOB website.
  1. Go to the my.MYOB website:
  2. Log in with your my.MYOB email address and password.
  3. Go to My Products > Downloads
  4. Download the most recent AccountRight installer.
  5. Locate the downloaded file, and double-click it to install the update.

If you can't open your online file after updating

Ensure that you're opening the new version of AccountRight that you've just installed. Look for the new AccountRight icon on your desktop.
