Visit the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) to see details of your MYOB AccountRight subscription and to edit your contact and payment details. Note that some account changes, such as updating your credit card, require you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription.

Change or view your subscription details
Sign in to the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details. These are the details you use to open your online AccountRight company file.

Change subscription payment details | If you're the primary account contact, you can change or update your credit card details from the My Account > Payment Profiles page. If you need to edit your subscription details (other than the card you use to pay for MYOB AccountRight) contact MYOB support. |
Change business address details | If you're the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription, you can change or update your credit card details from the My Account > My Business Details page. Note that you can't change your business name online. |
Change business name | MYOB requires written authorisation from the original owner or director of the company that purchased the software before we can change your business name. Complete and return the Change of Details form with the relevant information. It takes around 5 days, and you'll receive a confirmation via email once it is done. |

The Subscription details page shows details of your subscription to MYOB Essentials, and allows you to edit your payment details.
To view your subscription details, click your business name and choose Subscription details.
Viewing your subscription details
Your current subscription is listed at the top of the page, as well as whether or not your subscription is active or pending.
If you've recently switched subscriptions, you might see an Update in progress message next to your subscription.
Don't worry, all the features of your new subscription are immediately available after you switch. It might just take a few moments to accurately display your new MYOB Essentials product. The message will disappear after your subscription details are updated.
Editing your payment details
If you need to change the credit card you’re using to pay your MYOB Essentials subscription, click Update payment details and enter your card details.
Click Next to continue to the next screen where you can confirm your details.
Once you’ve confirmed your details, the new card will be used for all MYOB Essentials subscription payments, starting from your next scheduled payment.
